By using Shawon Images (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

We provide free online image tools (e.g. compress, convert, resize, crop). The Service is client-side: processing runs in your browser. We do not store your images or processed files. Optional account features (e.g. sign in with Google) are for your convenience; we only keep minimal account information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful, personal or professional use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Process content you do not have the right to use (e.g. infringing images).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any non-public data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or overload the Service (except as we may allow).
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notices on the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service (or a substantial part of it) as your own product without permission.

4. Accounts

Account registration (including via Google) is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where required.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, text, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You do not get any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain all rights to your images; we do not claim ownership of your content. You may use the tools for their intended purpose in accordance with these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that output quality or format will meet your specific needs. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, partners, and suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, zero).

8. Advertising

We may display third-party ads (e.g. via Google AdSense). Ads are not endorsements. Your interaction with advertisers is between you and them and is subject to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your account) at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
