Important: Our service is client-side. We do not store, host, or have access to any images or files you process. All processing happens in your browser. We do not copy, transmit, or distribute user content.
1. Nature of Our Service
Shawon Images provides online image tools that run in your web browser. Your images and files are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access that data. Therefore, we do not “host” or “store” user content in the sense that would make us a repository of user-uploaded files.
2. Copyright Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images or content they process with our tools. We do not monitor or control the content users process. We are a neutral tool provider.
3. Reporting Infringement on Our Website
If you believe that material on our website itself (e.g. text, images, code we publish) infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to our designated agent. We do not accept notices about content that users process in our tools, as we do not store or display that content.

4. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
Your notice must include all of the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that material (e.g. URL and description).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not be processed. Sending a false or bad-faith notice may result in liability.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted (on our site) was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal/disablement; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent. We may forward counter-notices to the original complainant. If the copyright owner does not file a court action, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat Infringers
Under appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
7. Contact
For DMCA-related questions (not for sending formal notices), you may contact us via Shawon Web or the contact option on this site. Formal DMCA notices must be sent to the designated agent email above.
